- full-cycle personnel search and recruitment (active sourcing, headhunting, talent pipeline management);- simultaneously handling multiple open positions;- conducting interviews;- filling vacancies at different levels (junior, middle, senior);-collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs;- onboarding new employees within the company and the team;- leading a team of recruiters;- analyzing the hiring funnel;- reviewing candidates' functional test assignments;- analyzing and refining the corporate CRM (Customer relationship Management) system;-managing and monitoring employees' timesheets;-calculating, managing, and monitoring the office budget.
