I am currently employed as a search consultant assisting the Spinnaker Management team. Work related responsibilities include:- Utilize a number of techniques as well as customized strategies to source employment candidates that meet our clients' requirements. - Proactively conducting research and investigating new ideas to create innovating sourcing strategies. - Focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, complex internet searches, and research. - Sourcing active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals. - Assist recruiters with generating ideas, leveraging resources, and sharing information that facilitates an effective search process. - Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications. - Interact with all levels of the organization; Implement targeted sourcing initiatives. - Support multiple functions/business units; organizational and multi-tasking responsibilities. - Develop a customized candidate search strategy based on specific job openings. - Map out the most effective methodology to source the right candidates. - Conduct a first run candidate search and deliver a report to Spinnaker Management with a sampling of available candidates for review and feedback.
