Serve as the primary liaison between the HR Department and various business units in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes and HR application/systems. Act as an HR consultant for business problems and opportunities and provide insight for possible technical solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Serve as liaison between the HR Department and the development team. Enable Cyclical HR Processes in Workday System for Open Enrollment, Comp Planning, Talent Review, Payroll and Recruiting. Effectively communicate issues to business customers and elicit feedback for applications programmers and technology solution providers. Develop/maintain use cases and workflow scenarios. Define requirements and provide documentation. Act as Subject Matter Expert for Global HRIS (Workday). Provide ad-hoc reporting supporting leadership and HR Team. Conduct issue triage and escalation as it relates to requirements/technical issues for the client/project.
