Provide human resource support for current and new employees. Lead benefit enrollment efforts by providing new hires with benefit meetings to assist in enrollment as well as assist current employees during open enrollment/qualifying events. Create and update salary guides and contracts in order to have proper compensation and accuracy. Exersice consistent, strong communication and relationship building skills with organizational leaders, staff and candidates. Maintain and update job descriptions and job posts. Assist new hires with the onboarding process; monitoring clearances and starting materials. Create and monitor internal and external surveys to analyze organizational data on retention and recruitment efforts. Recruit for organizational positions and formulate motivating programs for external candidates as well as internal employees, in order to increase applicants and/or referral numbers.
