• Direct accountability for the regional office. Key responsibilities include general management, revenue generation in the southeast US (including DC), personnel, and coordination with international partners.
• Achieved regional growth peak, far surpassing the other 3 regional offices.
• Manage, recruit, and train a staff of Area Coordinators and over 100 volunteer Community Counselors; developed an ongoing program with training materials for the counselors to ensure program quality standards.
• Lead point of contact between host families, au pairs, and staff; consistently reconcile HR, regulatory, and program issues effectively.
• Develop, implement, and evolve regional advertising campaigns to support revenue growth.
• Manage and coordinate all communications between Headquarters, overseas partners, and staff, with effective reconciliation of multi-cultural perspectives.

Managed and hired employees. Responsible for new employee training, goal setting and establishing sales projections. Led and organized store remodeling and reopening. Achieved sales growth and consistenly exceeded goals. Part of the team that traveled to opened new stores in the Southeast.
