Julia received her initial training and Diploma in Hospitality at Westpac Bank Catering through Ryde Catering College. After leaving Westpac Julia spent the next few years traveling around Europe before settling back on the Central Coast.Joining the Peppers Hotel (now known as Crowne Plaza Terrigal) where she worked for 9 years as a manager in all the Food & Beverage Departments, including the Food & Beverage Managers role. During this time Julia completed her Post Graduate in Hotel Management.Setting up her own hospitality consultancy agency she then looked after clients such as Mirvac and Bass Hotels.Having always wanted to be part of an opening team Julia joined Iguana’s Waterfront and enjoyed many years there as Assistant Manager/Events Manager.After a three year break from hospitality Julia has recently taken up the role of General Manager with the D’Vine Group.
