Developed a group-wide financial guideline based on the designed SC processes, affecting all divisions of Daimler AG. Setup and operated global financial planning and reporting and developed a steering model for the SC business. Managed sales controlling and risk assessment of global SC business by closely monitoring the financials of over 30 markets. Provided financial consultation to the markets on processes and special deals. Developed and implemented key financial aspects of an enterprise-level IT software rollout (ASPIRE) in charge of calculating the financials of the SC business.
