We partnered with The Writers Lab for women and non binary writers over 40, to launch the US program in the UK, Europe and now other territories. We lead on the implementation of its development and delivery, securing and managing partners from Cate Blanchett´s Dirty Films to Sony Pictures Television International, All3Media International, The BFI, Gaumont and cultural funders throughout Europe (The Austrian Film Institute, German Film Funds, HBO Max Nordic). We select and develop local and international (foreign language) projects with new exceptional talent from around the world for over 6 month programs, pairing talent with global mentors to create sustainable creative pathways and careers. We aim to ensure sustainability for diverse talent. We coordinate the programs, manage the reporting and delivery for return stakeholders each year, managing the relationships.
