During her 13 years at Guaranteed Rate, Julia started as an Originating Branch Manager, ultimately opening 7 states as a Divisional SVP, growing $3+ billion in volume. Most recently Julia served as EVP, Director of Sales Strategy & Growth focused on strategic initiatives across Guaranteed Rate Companies. As the owner of a small broker turned correspondent shop, learning every aspect of the business early on was imperative to survival.
