With over 10 years of experience soaring through domestic and international skies, I have perfected the art of providing exceptional in-flight service with a personal touch. My career began with the biggest commercial airline company in Ukraine (my native country), Ukrainian International Airlines, where I quickly learned the importance of attention to passengers’ safety and comfort on board while providing the in-flight service. International travels required cultural sensitivity and language skills as well, that I have been always working at. I speak Ukrainian (native), Russian (free) and English (upper intermediate). Beginning to work in a business cabin within the company, I improved my skills in providing high-end inflight service, and always strived to create a memorable passenger’s experience, being attentive to customers’ needs.My transition from commercial to corporate aviation, while starting to work in the USA, granted me a great chance to show my love to details, creating a memorable bespoke passengers flight experience, with the help of personal approach to their needs. And there’s nothing better than receiving passengers feedback and loyalty, that help you to improve your growth throughout the career.In my current role, I’m proud to cooperate with one of the most recognized aviation companies in business aviation and continue to provide exceptional service for the clients, improving my skills with a team of professionals in this field. I’m committed to professional development, regularly attending Safety Trainings and Service Experience. Currently certified with Flight Safety International with emergency procedures, first aid and safety-related situations. I’m passionate about making each flight a showcase of our commitment to world-class service, while providing industry-leading value to the customers.
