- Direct support to the Product Manager in purchasing categories such as Accessories (Men’s Accessories, Jewelry, Basket, Sunglasses).- Weekly analysis and planning of OTB (Open to Buy).- Analysis of Gross and Net Margins.- Weekly and monthly updates of the Best and Slow report (top and worst performers) on Power BI.- Monitoring and scheduling of deliveries to distribution centers in Guarulhos, Natal, and Manaus.- Daily follow-up with suppliers.- Weekly meetings for alignment and purchase planning with related departments – Design, Planning, Importation, Logistics, etc.- Processing of imported and domestic purchase orders in the SAP system.- Quality sample control.- Weekly tracking of received and pending items through SAP.- Management and registration of POS (Point of Sale).- Daily communication with suppliers of imported and domestic products.- Lead time monitoring / Alignment of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) until product delivery to the distribution center.- Knowledge of import processes (proforma invoice, order confirmation, packing list, etc.).
