• Ownership and implementation of current and future HR projects to ensure the success of the strategic goals of the organization • Collaborative development and implementation of Regional Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) strategy for the local organization; collecting data and insights to support the Global I&D framework • Building effective working relationships with leaders and stakeholders through collaboration; influencing, coaching, supporting and developing colleagues in their knowledge of I&D • Coordinating a variety of initiatives for boosting colleagues' engagement via development of new attractive internal communication channels • Conducting engaging high-quality trainings and workshops to all colleagues in Region East to support their onboarding, development and progression within Region East Europe and the H&M Group, with a focus on H&M's culture, values and I&D • Evaluating HR KPIs and initiate relevant actions

• Managing recruitment and selection processes to ensure H&M teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals• Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience• Support omni-regionalization process from the perspective of Employer Branding to increase brand awareness and attract potential candidates

• Coordinating Warsaw CSC trainings from planning & organizing perspective• Initiating, creating and leading upskilling and reskilling trainings/projects• Identifying learning & development needs on individual and group level, suggesting trainings and activities to support operational functions with a focus on quality and KPIs for improving performance• Communicating company/market goals; sharing information, updates, and expectations in a positive way and with a growth mindset• Working cross-functionally with other teams for acquiring the best practices; effectively collaborating with diverse departments to ensure the competence/development needs and expectations are being fulfilled• Demonstrating strong presentation and communication skills when conducting trainings (both remote and onsite) for CSC employees, preparing and adjusting the training/presentation content depending ona target group (agents/overheads)

• Conducting constant improvement trainings (both hard and soft skills related);• Identifying talents, training and developing employees of H&M Customer Service Centre;• Providing support to agents, Team Leaders and colleagues;• Providing employees with both constructive and positive feedback to help them in their development; • Preparing and updating training materials;• Implementation of new projects by creating a training plan, following up results and group dynamics;• Training needs identification with a focus on KPIs.
