After 24 years in investment management, Julia now manages an independent portfolio career offering executive coaching across all industries with consultancy in investment management (focusing primarily on the middle office). In coaching terms, Julia works with current senior executives or senior executives of the future looking to overcome current obstacles to perform at their peak. This particularly includes those feeling the pressure of keeping their heads in times of turbulence and those feeling swamped as they struggle to juggle the demands of family and work. In the consulting space, Julia draws from her diverse investment management experience, covering operating model design, performance measurement, risk, regulation and product. Julia’s interests away from the office include wine, playing the piano, travel and golf.
