-Quality system management of products: Baby leaf spinach and lettuce (Packaged and RAW) - Review of compliance with quality systems (Global GAP, Tesco Nurture, GG+, GRASP, LEAF MARQUE, BRC, CAERM, F2F) - Development and review of technical documents, pre-requisites and procedures. - Quality integration at all field, warehouse and commercial levels- Training and supervision of two quality controllers. Elaboration of Quality Control Reports and Processes, handling of Incidents, etc. - Direct communication with customers in English, field control and joint work with the field, production, commercial and warehouse departments. - Documentary management of organic crops (CAERM) - Management of phytosanitary products (PPU's and PPPL's) according to customer requirements and food experts platform. - Elaboration of plant barrier projects according to Ley del Mar Menor 3/2020 of 27 July. - Calculation of carbon footprint including farms and warehouse. - Optical shorter programming.
