I worked with a designated commercial lender to provide support on loan production. This included the gathering of information and documentation needed to prepare loan documents and coordinate the related closing. I prepared the post-closing package for booking and once booked, follow up to assure the accuracy of the loan once on the customer management system. Cleared loan and deposit account exceptions, assist with past due payment collection and contact clients regarding various account issues like returned deposit items, overdrafts and endorsement issues. Worked with the customer to process loan payments, deposits, withdrawals and various other account functions in order to provide the best customer service and uphold the bank’s customer services ideals. Required a high level of discretion and provide concise answers for customer questions and concerns. Assisted with various projects for Treasury Services, such as building spread sheets for various customers and services.

My responsibilities included but were not limited to the following: Supervising teller staff and assist with coaching activities, over sight and assistance with balancing issues and branch settlement. Management of branch cash and vault. I performed branch/teller/ATM audits and was responsible for keeping the branch updated as to changes in operational procedures. I opened deposit accounts for both personal and business customers and performed research as requested by customers. I was responsible for performing account maintenance and follow ups on customer issues, questions and complaints. Most important was to provide exceptional service to the bank’s customers as well as to other internal departments within the bank.

Provided primary support to a regional Private Wealth Management team in all areas of banking including, but not limited, to the following: retail product offerings, Trust accounts, consumer & commercial loan products, consumer & commercial online banking, merchant services and treasury management. My daily duties included providing exceptional client service to Wealthy & High Net Worth clients in all areas of their banking relationship.
