I have nearly fifteen years’ experience managing innovative research studies, building and evaluating award-winning digital health products, and leading branding, marketing, and recruitment and retention efforts for clinical trials.As Sr. Project Manager of Clinical Research at Carelon Research, I manage:• Clinical and digital research studies ranging from formative focus groups to large-scale randomized controlled trials, with an emphasis on patient-centered research.• Health education product development projects including websites, apps, video games, and documentary films.• A wide range of marketing and communication projects, including clinical trial recruitment and retention campaigns and a recent company re-brand.• The complete Patient-Centered Research program of work, including day-to-day operations, strategic direction, business development, team training and mentorship, and budgeting and timeline oversight.I love building teams, growing talent, and using my communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to develop strong relationships with industry, government, technical, and research partners.
