TOC offers a range of specialist therapeutic support to teams of professionals working with young people and their families / carers.The work is informed by over twenty years of experience of working with ‘troubled and troubling’ children, young people and families in therapeutic communities, children’s homes, secure settings, primary and secondary schools and multi-disciplinary teams.TOC can work with teams or organisations within Social Work, Child Care, Secure settings and Education, to deliver balance and ‘clarity of thinking’ into systems that are often stretched beyond their intended capacity, and operating within a limited budget and time frame.
