It works as a subject matter expert driven by the clinical framework, development, and communication facilitation with various clients and professionals. Forming relationships and building trust are the cornerstones of working at PediaSpeech and have provided an opportunity for continuing education and education by supervising students and new professionals. A passion for the effectiveness and efficiency of teletherapy and how that can be transformative for clients who have had difficulty accessing quality therapy due to various factors.The experience of working as an SLP in the schools during COVID-19 and as a teacher has provided an appreciation for the public school system and the NEED for quality speech and exceptional education professionals. The pandemic showed how technology can create accessible care through various platforms. It became evident through experiences in the school that special education services could be transformed through telehealth and the use of technology.
