Responsibilities include:• Leading global venue and supplier sourcing, contracting and management in French, Spanish and English; understanding our local customer base and satisfying their requirements by our selection process • Translation of internal documents to facilitate communication process with stakeholders • Effectively coordinating multiple services and suppliers on concurrent projects by implementing minutely detailed plans and providing support so stipulated deadlines and quality levels are met• Global operations strategy formulation and implementation; building and shaping the team according to business needs, including structure review, recruitment, management and training, championing progression and cultivating motivation• Forging and maintaining the connection between offices in the U.K., France and Spain, seamlessly integrating teams and processes, thus promoting a consistent and best-in-class service for clients• International client liaison; obtaining project briefs and providing information in a timely manner to create an enjoyable, hassle-free experience • Project management: working under pressure while continuing to maintain high levels of service and accuracy • Facilitating communication and collaboration between the Operations department and the rest of the business, so all sides are aligned and working towards common goals
