This role was accountable for the design and delivery of a global transformation effort of the Human Resources function. Responsible for the Human Resources team across Asia, including China and India and the Human Resources Shared Services Centre based in Hong Kong, to deliver full spectrum of Human Resource Services aimed at restructuring and divesting business units for the eventual closure of Nortel as a global business.

Responsible for leading a team regional and country HR resources to deliver services with regard to organization and individual performance, organizational restructuring, employment and labour legislation, external regulatory or legal review, employee exits and complicated people matters arising within the employment relationship. Team member locations include Thailand, Vietnam, India, China and Australia.
