Simultaneous management of two housing projects in two start-up companies, starting from concept development to receiving construction permit before 1.07.2018, with the approval of the project plan and land surveying, involving changes to the General plan and the city's construction local norms, successfully passing environmental expertise and public hearings – all done in 1 year. Start of construction: - Housing project on redevelopment of the built-up area with the resettlement and demolition of dilapidated housing (total 70 000 sq.m.). - Housing project for the construction of diverse housing in the suburban area (total 60 000 sq. m.)

Simultaneous management of several projects on the lands of the Federal Fund of assistance to housing construction development (302 Ha) in the position of Director of the development company starting from concept to commissioning. Built and put into operation the 1st stage of housing construction, water treatment plant (1100 m3/day.), off-site networks of water supply and waste water removal, one urban residential complex (1 stage).

As a member of the management board of Eastland Holding company, made assessment and strategic decisions for subsidiary companies- Angara Airline, East Siberian river shipping company, Touristic Operator “Easttravel” and others.
