Served as an administrative partner to the recruiters within the Talent Acquisition team, and was responsible for scheduling, facilitating, and monitoring the assessment process across roles in the Digital, Product & Technology space. Supported the team’s operational work, working to ensure the recruiting process was run as consistently and efficiently as possible. Coordinated and scheduled interviews with hiring managers and candidates, managed changes in availability and alternative plans while maintaining an excellent candidate experience. Conducted phone screens and facilitated recruiting events and campaigns, as required. Managed all data accurately and in a timely manner in the Applicant Tracking Systems (Smart Recruiters).

Tasked with coordinating and running the Early Careers Marketing Discovery Internship at Publicis Sapient. This internship was specifically geared towards promising students who self-identify in: an underrepresented group, a protected veteran, an individual with a disability, and/or is a first-generation college student. I was the point person for this cohort of interns and managed their progress, coordinated their schedules, and provided them with any resources they required. Additionally, I was responsible for teaching the interns various valuable skills. After much research, I created the Career Development Series which I presented to the interns over the span of 4 weeks. The topics covered in this series were: best practices and processes for applying to a job, how to communicate in the workplace, best practices for networking, and mock interviews.

Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness and sales. Additionally, created engaging blog posts and video content for this brand.

My second summer working for Publicis Sapient was just as wonderful as the first. I was a student researcher working for the Early Careers Program where I was tasked with leading the student advisory. My projects included developing strategies for Publicis Sapient for marketing to upcoming generations and communicating with the ECP team about Gen Z research, virtual micro internships (and their value), data analysis of competing companies, and social media improvement.

My position was centered around employee on-boarding, running orientations and tours, managing I-9 forms (especially with international travelers who I spoke with weekly), researching and revamping the company website (People Portal), and helping with immigration letters.

As a Donii intern, I was responsible for social media management, website revamping, helping to run showcases, and excel research for potential donors (+ outreach). This internship was a great introduction into the working world.

Camp Coniston requires counselors to participate in leadership training, program direction and creation, and service work during the first year on staff. As a counselor, I worked in the kitchens, in the main office, in cabin, and at program stations. I was tasked with innovating new programs and implementing them into the camp schedule, caring for the campers on a 24 hr clock, and learning new leadership techniques.
