In November 2022, I joined PwC Switzerland in the role of program manager for our Strategic Talent stream. As a PMO, I was in charge of various people-related projects and campaigns connected to our ongoing culture change program within the Audit division. Since January 2024, I've been actively involved in business development campaigns within Digital Assurance. I have been responsible for growth initiatives and projects related to our Go-to-Market strategy, as well as managing the relevant marketing-communication activities.I previously worked for KPMG in Hungary for over 7 years, during which time I collaborated with multiple business areas and support departments within the organization. Leading a team of 10 people, I managed marketing-communication projects, including the launch of new services, organizing professional and campus events, and facilitating feedback workshops & focus groups.
