Taking into account the specific area, the project and the team can be considered as a very small localization office or steam rather than a project in its classical sense. Based on this, the PM role here combines different roles in one (from a project manager to a head of the office but all of them are in a very small scale).The project unites a huge amount of small projects, as well as cooperation with multiple customers. Because of uncountable amount of projects, the team members are both engineers and project leads. This all results in a PM helping, guiding, and supporting project leads and acting as a Program Manager, thus being aware of, understanding, planning, and prioritizing all past, active, and upcoming projects; taking care of project finances and documentation, resolving the emerging issues, generating ideas, looking for new clients and opportunities, etc.

It included planning and scheduling workloads, learning new technologies, training team, quality assurance, constant work with the client, and anything that the project could require at the moment.
