Accounts: Marathon Oil, Nii/Nextel, Bimbo & Coca-Cola• As a client facing Project and Program Manager I am responsible for leading cross-country teams to deliver high quality products and services and generating new business opportunities between HP and our customers.• I focus on strategic planning, strong communication and continuous improvement.• My tasks include, but are not limited to: Program planning, projects supervision, project prioritization, project managers and teams leadership, executive reporting, high level risk assessment, facilitation of career development to teams, financial management, intercultural teamwork activities, execution follow up, customer satisfaction assessment and analysis, innovation championship.• Leader of 30+ team members from 5 different countries. For each of them, aside from the activities related to the projects I am in charge of their performance feedback and personal development (which includes helping define their career paths and identifying strengths and weaknesses).

Internal client• Manager for a 20+ people team (based in US, Mexico and Buenos Aires). Team composition: developers, QA and business analysts. Technologies: J2EE and .Net.• As a Project Manager my role was to coordinate the team’s development, estimating, planning, executing, organizing, performing budget management, stakeholders reporting and negotiation.• As a People Manager, my focus was on: people care, motivating activities, attrition control, and measuring results, productivity and performance.• One of the challenges I faced was the establishment of an extension of our development team in India and Mexico: offshore analysis, issues mitigation, leaders training and measurement and follow up of the team’s results.• Also, as part of the company’s expansion in Argentina I helped recruiting 80+ people (Managers, PMs, Developers, BAs, Testers, etc.).

Accounts: The Hartford, Nissan, Pfizer, American Express• Management of client facing Process Architecture Projects• Manager for several teams of about 8/10 people long (US, Argentina and India based)• My activities included, but not limited to: Stakeholders management, negotiation, reporting, scope definition, contract negotiation, team building, planning, executing, controlling and measuring.

Process engineering of IT (mostly ITIL) standard processes along different clients.The Delivery Process Architect was the first step in the transition of new accounts into the Company, and was responsible of establishing how delivery of services was going to be accomplished by IBM.It included: understanding and breaking down of the contract. Discussing expectations and needs with clients. Meeting and discussing the services with internal SMEs. Aligning expectations and delivering a Process document that outlined the services for each contract. This document was part of the agreement with the client. By performing this role I developed the following skills: Negotiation with client and internal technical teams, understanding of Company services, process engineering, creating and understanding contractual documentation, working with sales teams, managers, technical teams and customers; multitasking and working on different tasks at the same time. I learned a big deal of soft skills that helped me migrating to the Project Manager role later on my career.
