With DoorDash, I've had the incredible opportunity to take the lead on key initiatives including: building an overall privacy governance framework in alignment with Privacy by Design Principles, implementing a comprehensive legislative tracking process and associating legal requirements with existing privacy and security controls, collaborating closely with our security team on SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 270001, breach response, data classification and responses to third party audits and regulatory inquiries, and taking the lead on drafting and negotiating privacy contractual terms on behalf of DoorDash.

Acted as the legal lead for all US, Canada and India privacy compliance. Managed coordination and implementation of GDPR data transfer requirements and global integration of our European and China privacy and data security programs. Represented Dun & Bradstreet during customer audits, litigation and dispute resolution and advising on privacy related matters during the M&A process, including due diligence and implementation of privacy and compliance programs for new acquisitions.Privacy lead for drafting and negotiation of privacy terms in customer and vendor contracts and data transfer agreements. Serving as the Global Security and Risk (GSR) line of business attorney, advising on incident response and other GSR matters. Cross functional counsel on other privacy matters, collaborating with HR, data, product, analytics, marketing and sales, including overseeing the Privacy Impact Assessment process.

At Focal Point I advised on building and implementing data privacy and cybersecurity programs. This included conducting readiness assessments and audits, composing roadmaps for compliance and drafting data privacy policies and procedures.

In this role, I managed the firm’s data privacy and cybersecurity compliance program. As a result of these efforts, the firm successfully passed a data privacy and cybersecurity audit from a major bank. I also drafted and negotiated vendor contracts.

At Zuckerman Spaeder I advised on securities and AML/KYC related litigation and compliance. I also built up the firm’s data privacy and cybersecurity compliance program. My tasks included researching and drafting legal memoranda, drafting and updating privacy and security policies, conducting due diligence and enhanced due diligence investigations, and drafting and negotiating vendor contracts.

At RMD I handled privacy and data security compliance matters. This included drafting and negotiating vendor, real estate and customer contracts.

Conducted legal research and drafted bench memoranda. Drafted orders and opinions.

Advised on Banking, Finance and M&A matters. Drafted and negotiated contracts, closing documents and due diligence reports.
