Currently, senior Product Owner for the Digital Export Aggregation team, primarily working on the infrastructure supporting the ability to grant, manage and revoke consent to share data with third parties through a secure API. Product Owner and SME for the Tokenized Account Number solution that shares unique account numbers in lieu of physical account numbers to third parties for ACH/RTP payments. Previously, I was Product Owner for Digital payments to all Chase credit and loan products, including single and automatic payments to credit cards, home lines/loans and auto loans/leases. Mortgage Banking Data Quality Manager for a team of sixteen data quality analysts supporting multiple projects responsible for in-depth research and root-cause analysis of data quality issues relating to data elements used by systems supporting mortgages in default status. Principal Technical Staff Member, the highest rank of technical recognition in Bell Labs. Extensive responsibilities across a large cross-section of the NMCE platform, a system used to monitor and manage the AT&T Long Distance Network from the Global Network Operations Center (GNOC) in NJ. Designed and developed the map views for the GNOC. Later revised the maps to eliminate the need for external graphing software and improving performance overall, still in use today. Conceived and co-designed the generic application, a single application capable of presenting a large amount of data in tabular, geographic and data formats. Considered one of the NMCE system experts; provided sizing estimates, managed a list of enhancements and fixes considered out of scope of normal projects; involved in resolving critical issues and an established dedication to getting the work done in a timely fashion with high quality. Responsible authority for ensuring reuse, overseeing the reuse of both software and GUI to provide a more consistent functionality. Managed teams of developers and architects to schedule and implement selected features. Active in workplace community activities including the Red Cross Blood Drive Coordinator, VP Women of AT&T local chapter, coordinator of the Take Our Daughters to Work Days, numerous Technology Days events and many other efforts.
