For more than 10 years, I have been a Product Owner for Chase Online, focusing on third-party aggregation and digital payments to Chase loan and credit products. Currently, I am the senior Product Owner in Digital Export Aggregation, Chase's Open Banking solution providing the user experience and infrastructure that allows customers to consent to share their data with third party apps and manage that consent on chase.com and Chase Mobile. In addition, as the Product Owner and primary SME for Chase's Tokenized Account Number solution, I drive the solution that allows customers to share account numbers in lieu of physical account numbers to third party apps that execute ACH and RTP payments, giving customers security and control over the data they are sharing. I am the FI co-chair for the Financial Data Exchange (FDX) User Experience Working Group, leading the external, industry-wide initiative to establish a common ecosystem for securely sharing financial and personal data. As an active participant in FDX, I also act as lead and key contributor in many FDX Task Forces that focus on specific issues to provide recommendations that drive industry standards.For six years, I was the Product Owner for Digital Payments to Chase products, such as credit cards, mortgages, home equity lines/loans, and auto loans and leases. As Product Owner, I established the new Chase Online and Chase Mobile payments experience that provided a simple, clear solution supporting the unique payment requirements of each product, leveraging multiple back end systems, supporting both single and automatic payments, and managing funding accounts and payment history. I was responsible for all controls and audit for these products. More than 35 years of experience in Information Technology in many roles from architecture to software development. My extensive background in engineering, architecture, software design, user experience, development, testing, deployment, and controls allows me to discuss technical details with developers, engage in meaningful discussions with architects, work strategic solutions with lines of business, collaborate with usability research and support my products through controls and audit reviews.
