We were making nonsense word associations, pacing around the room, and going through various improv techniques. Ar first some of (myself included) felt a bit out of our comfort zones, but then we relaxed and had an amazing time. The group thoroughly enjoyed the session, and the team's manager thought it was successul in achieving the objectives. One exercise epitomised this success, where we had to make up games like children do, making up rules as you go along. Someone shouted out 'side by side,' and we played around with what that meant. At the end of the session, the manager summarised what we had gone through by referring to how the team had learned to work 'side by side' and gelled as a team.
