I am an eager student who believes learning never really stops. In my professional experience, I have formed a better understanding on how to provide the best customer service following business procedures. I also have experience with leadership and teamwork from being a band leader, participating in choirs, and working with colleagues to successfully adjust customers affected by a business merger.
