Senior Accounting Manager
Current- responsibility and management of treasury topics- cashflow management- payment run, bank bookings and booking of credit card payments and bank reconciliation- payroll accounting and controlling (GER + US)- recording, account assignment and booking of current business transactions- day-to-day accounting- accrual management, demarcation and depreciation- reconciliation of accounts and clarification- monthly VAT Tax return- intercompany accounting and consolidation- month end bookings and closing (HGB) and initiate the following steps for monthly reporting- year end booking and closing - development, definition and optimization of (new) processes for the daily accounting workflow- first contact, trainer and on-the-job support for junior colleagues- contact person for internal and external stakeholders
