● Provide a quality customer service to prospective international students and assist them with range of services including enrolment into Australian education institutes, settlement through accommodation arrangements & other administrative assistance● Manage prospective international students’ inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, email, online and live chats and provide targeted, tailored, and accurate information about Australian education system, student visa requirements & policy and procedures required by institutes in a timely manner.● Responsible for managing Mongolian market and increasing students’ placements and continuously exceed placement target through effective networking and targeted marketing.● Consult with available sources and gather relevant information when it comes to student placements and student visa application lodgments and take initiative in constant upskilling by attending various trainings and programs conducted by Australian education institutes and Australian department of home affairs.● Manage various administrative duties i.e., data entries and maintain accurate database.● Build and foster wide range of stakeholders relations with existing partners (mostly education institutes) and seek to maintain positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.● Contribute toward creating a positive and inclusive work environment by prioritizing team collaboration and provide regular coaching and mentorship to new joiners.
