Based in the UK legal team in Slough, I provide legal support to Lonza's global mammalian business as well as the drug formulation and capsule business in the UK: drafting, negotiating and advising on development and manufacturing agreements at all stages of the product life cycle (from early development to large scale commercial manufacture and everything in between). With my prior extensive litigation experience I provide advice on potential disputes and on the drafting of template documents with regard to dispute resolution/arbitration clauses. I also provide legal support to a range of other business areas and functions in the UK and globally, from supplier contracts to review of website pages. I have played a key role in the development of new manufacturing and licensing template documents which are the foundation for Lonza's contractual relationships with its customers going forward.
