*Formerly with Stonegate Mortgage Corporation prior to acquisition by Home Point Financial, June 2017.Produced compelling visual content for internal and external marketing. Collaborated with a small team, reporting directly to Managing Director of Marketing and Communications. Provided quality results within tight deadlines and performed under the pressure of short-notice requests. Responsibilities included web-based marketing materials (emails, banner ads, landing pages, social media content, electronic booklets, etc.), and print collateral (flyers, posters, postcards, etc.). Successfully collaborated with team 100% remotely since October 2016.

Providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of merchandise and store procedures. Striving to meet personal and store sales goals and handling responsibilities such as supervising other associates, assisting in training new employees, and maintaining visual standards of store displays.

Duties included logo/identity and marketing collateral, website layouts, e-mail newsletters, video production, and social media management. Responsible for managing multiple projects at once, and communicating with clients in a friendly and timely fashion. Worked with limited supervision and consistently produced quality work within tight deadlines.

Responsible for promotional posters and flyer design for events, announcements, etc, by Ivy Tech Library. Also created a 4' x 8' wall mural design installed in the Ivy Tech Library in June 2011.

Actively involved in the creation of print and html design work for Career Services department at Ivy Tech.
