I was the Advertising Producer for The Daily Helmsman, however my position quickly expanded into much more. I became responsible for the production of several different magazines within the Helmsman and also laid out the advertisements in them as well as the daily paper. I worked with clients to create personalized ads and occasionally traveled with my boss to meet clients in person to talk about possibly selling them ad space or discussing the details of the design they would like.
