- Working to ensure Mondo's digital competences program would develop systematically and in cooperation with both Estonian and international partners;- Ensuring different target groups of development cooperation and humanitarian aid receive training in digital competences to reduce the digital divide;- Being responsible for the training content and learning materials meeting the needs of target groups and age groups at different levels in many different countries and communities (Africa, Middle East, Ukraine, and Georgia);- Ensuring Mondo's digital competence training goes hand in hand with innovative solutions in the sector.

- Working as part of a volunteering team to bring light to MinuMikker- Managing the recruitment of new volunteers and HR matters- Managing media relations and writing press releases- Organising Minu Mikker special events

- Managing the Union’s strategic goals of the education and welfare of over 13000 Postgraduate students;- Organising the Students’ Union first ever Postgraduate Week managing a team of around 10 people, resulting in offering various networking, academic and social events to around 200 Postgraduate attendees;- Working alongside the Postgraduate Association and Postgraduate Researchers to pass a policy at the Students' Union Senate promoting a better university welcome experience for Postgraduate Researchers;- Working alongside the Communications and Marketing team to launch a first-ever Postgraduate Hub on the Students' Union website, providing support information and Postgraduate event details;- Influencing the University's decision making to provide remote study options for students in second semester through mitigating circumstances procedures;- Influencing the University's decision making to remove exam re-sit fees and death certificates as evidencing for mitigating circumstances;- Working collaboratively with the University and the Students' Union Education team to pass a Student Representation Policy at the University Senate;- Organising three focus groups around Postgraduate Research students' experience at the University, as well as various other focus groups for students from different faculties around academic matters;- Feeding into national consultations regarding the experience of postgraduate students and how to improve it;- Managing social media platforms such as Twitter and Instagram to cater to Postgraduate students at the University;- Participating in three job interview panels hiring senior level employees to the University and entry level employees to the Students' Union;- Representing Postgraduate students and bringing about change in various meetings with the University Senior Leadership, as well as different committees and project boards.

- Working collaboratively in a team tackling climate change and Estonian climate policy, influencing decisionmakers on national and local levels to bring about change and reduce oil shale use;- Composing, editing and publishing a regular newsletter through Mailchimp which increased website views by 3%.- Operating social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram to over 1000 followers interested in environment and sustainability;- Building relationships with journalists, editing and publishing around 30 press releases and writing articles on relevant topics for the organisation's website;- Collaboratively organising events between stakeholders and affected communities to build relationships and influence decision making;- Regularly monitoring media to distinguish articles relating to our areas of interest or articles writing about our organisation to plan communications more effectively.

- Working as part of a multicultural team to increase the engagement of the organisation through social media and interpersonal communications;- Developing a detailed communications strategy divided into 10+ topics with defined timelines, delegating responsibilities and checking in on progress of the team;- Writing and editing an article on an interview with the co-founder of the organisation, which was published in the university newspaper aimed to over 20 000 students;- Establishing new channels of interacting with stakeholders and managing existingchannels such as Facebook;- Fostering and editing the existing website and showcasing the media channels at theuniversity and whole area of Paderborn;- Strengthening the network with other initiatives and groups at the campus.

- Collaboratively organising graduation for around 300 students in a team of 10+ employees;- Composing and editing three press releases on the College, interacted with journalists to publish them;- Copywriting and editing texts for the College's website and social media channels such as Facebook, aimed at their 2000 students.

- Arranging meetings with the student organisations within Ole Rohkem (Be More) to promote our student organisation model aiming to get them to implement it;- Influencing the student organisations within Ole Rohkem (Be More) and drafting over ten new members to join the model through a personalised approach.

- Responding to, liaising and managing internal and external communications for around 50 current and previous volunteers within the organisation;- Establishing and maintaining a social media presence for the organisation through a Facebook page with over 1000 followers.

Writing and publishing 114 articles and video interviews interpreting complex concepts to a non-specialist audience in a high-pressure environment, drawing over hundreds of thousands of readers.

- Conducting a project connecting 25+ employers and around 400 students all over Estonia;- Delegating tasks in a multicultural team of around 10 students, monitoring progress and driving change;- Analysing final outcomes of the project and discussing next steps.
