Decommissioning of a CRM system

I was acting project manager when implementing a MA system.

I introduced and implemented an AI tool at SJ Sweden and SJ Norway. This IT solution optimizes prices and seamlessly integrates with three different booking systems. Using machine learning, it analyzes large amounts of data.

I ensured a great user experience for SJ's customers by managing and improving the delivery of multiple vendors. One of the vendors, Bontouch, is responsible for the SJ app and other internal SJ applications, while the other vendor provided customer support, internal IT support, and servers.

In combination with AI systems, I conducted a comprehensive analysis of how elite football clubs manage their e-commerce, including mapping their current needs, identifying areas for improvement and understanding their objectives.
