ProHealth is a physician led medical group of more than 85 practices throughout Connecticut. The company was created in 1997 and has since grown to more than 350 primary care, as well as specialty clinics, including ENTs, Pediatrics, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Sleep Centers and ADHD diagnosis and treatment centers.It is my responsibility to liaise with all the sites to support best practices, identify existing and potential areas for improvement, demonstrate new software upgrade functionality, and have my sites meet Meaningful Use, MSSP, PCMH, and ACO metrics. The ongoing support of my practices is done on site, virtually through webinars, and in large forum presentations. I am charged with successfully implementing and supporting the conversion of legacy EMRs, including the conversion from paper charting, to Allscripts EHR by being the subject matter expert in the functionality of the application across all job roles; front desk, clinical staff, and providers. I am the main point of contact for my sites during the implementation process, on site go-live support, and post implementation phase which includes the optimization of the EMR. I work independently as well as with teams throughout the organization. I am directly involved in Process Improvement's initiatives at my sites, and work closely with Informatics to ensure my sites are passing all quality measures and identifying obstacles. In November 2014, I was asked to Project Lead Prohealth's Scribe pilot. This was a great opportunity for me. I enjoyed heading the project from the planning stage, to the implementation and now ongoing support. Our team identified key metrics to measure the success of the pilot and have shown our providers a positive ROI. The scribe project is ongoing and for the majority of our providers has been a great success.

Currently I am collaborating with Advanced Networks and Federally Qualified Health Centers to identify populations with complex care needs, those experiencing healthcare disparities, and for individuals with behavioral health needs. By collecting and analyzing network data, my focus is to improve outcomes for these populations by developing Stakeholder strategies that concentrate on comprehensive care management to positively impact their population's healthcare needs.

Southbury, Ct

My responsibilities included managing a database that tracked internal IBM worldwide projects through Concept, Development, Deployment, and Rollout. I coordinated monthly meetings with the Executives of Development and Deployment to ensure the projects met schedule and budget requirements. I also maintained the Project Fulfillment Organization Workroom. The workroom database contained the latest information on, and tracked the progress of, all IBM projects worldwide. The entire IBM Worldwide Fulfillment organization relied on the information contained in that workroom to be up to date and correct.

Hamden, Ct

I provided CATIA, a CAD/CAM/CAE software solution, sales coverage to the Manufacturing Industry in Northern New England. It was my responsibility to expand the use of IBM's engineering applications in existing large Shipbuilding and Aerospace accounts in New England. I worked closely with various other IBM departments and groups for projects requiring a total business solution. I worked to develop strategic and profitable partnerships with IBM's business partners. I would also plan, coordinate, and participate in national Manufacturing trade shows and seminars in the Northeast. The purpose was to deliver the latest Engineering Solutions to existing customers as well as prospective customers.
