I manage them within the Salsa Engage database, processing memberships and renewal letters, reaching out via phone, mail or email to keep members well informed of events happening at the Museum. In relation, plan membership related events for the sake of member cultivation and acquisition, which includes member Exhibition Preview Parties, White Glove Tours and Condo Acquisition Tours. As the Collector’s Concierge, I managed all artist-collector relations in regards to our two-day art sale and auction, Night of Artists. I planned and executed the RSVP form and managed the RSVP list for all Collector Couples which included over 50 artist designated collectors, this brought 35 new potential donors to the museum. I additionally managed the Absentee Bid forms for the buyers who could not attend the event, this was around 20 additional potential donors.
