Managing internal and external customer relations to ensure expectations and deliverables are met. Deliver and manage cost effective sourcing solutions.I have experience in Warehousing, HR, Administration, Payroll, Sales.I do have very good organisational skills and I am able to think outside of standard parameters, due to my diverse skill sets.Additionally I have enjoyed working in the food manufacturing industry; I find it dynamic and fast moving, constantly evolving which ticks all my boxes in regards job satisfaction, suffice to say I very much want to learn more.

I have undertaken unannounced audits on growers and catchers, which can make for a lively affair, especially when the farmer does not want you on the property.Working in an abattoir is very similar to working on a minesite or a trawler, very male dominated with as a general rule, few if any female line workers. When I first started in this department the morale was very left of centre, bordering on sexual intimidation additionally any line staff who stepped up were often undermined. I have been able to realine the the culture to a more restrained environment, without curtailing the enjoyment of working in this department. Show less
