At age fifteen, I began working at a restaurant in Albany called Little Wuesten Cafe, where I worked for two years. My duties included sanitizing dishes, waitressing, and prepping food, at the store front and selling baked grood on Farmer's markets at weekends. Worked weekends 8 hours on my school months and 20 hours per week on summer months. After it shut down, I started working as a lifeguard at Osborn Aquatic Center for the last two years, working 12 hours per week on my school months and 20 hours per week on summer months. While maintaining a GPA of 3.85 and being in the National Honors Society, I participated throughout high school in high school swimming, golf and orchestra and took private lessons in all three to become the best I could be. My hard work paid off and I continually improved. I made it to regionals and received various awards in my senior year. After high school, I have continued swimming, golf, and violin practice and lessons to stay on top of my game. I started Fall 2023 with College. I'm a member of the Honors College at Oregon State University and double-enrolled at Linn Benton Community College and Oregon State University for an H.B.S. in Business Analytics. My secret weapons are my pattern recognition skills (I usually score exceptionally high on it) and my tenacity to improve and complete projects. In my free time, I like to write fiction, learn German, and identify, understand, and write about upcoming social trends. True to my personality, I like to prepare for what comes next. I’m most interested in internships involved in market research, consumer analytics, and publishing so that I can further both my analytical and oral/written communication skills.
