As the Learning and Development Coordinator at P.F. In addition, I play a crucial role in coordinating communication with restaurant leaders in the field, fostering strong relationships and ensuring that our training initiatives align with organizational goals. Managing the inbox of tickets to resolve learning and development issues throughout the company, I am dedicated to providing efficient and effective solutions. My role extends to overseeing the distribution of Gallup Strengths assessments, actively monitoring completion, and tracking coaching progress for each Team Member.
