As a member of the HRIS and HR Services Team, this position will manage system configurations, while also leading projects for the talent, performance and learning functions. In addition, this role will support Learning & Development process improvement efforts and the switch to a new Learning Management System (Workday). We seek a candidate who possesses not only the technical expertise, but also the critical thinking, communication, and influencing skills to integrate talent, performance and learning initiatives at Genworth. Responsibilities:• Data Governance and Data Entry• Partner with the business and HR on business requirements gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development, and communication • Demonstrate strong technical, communication, troubleshooting and customer support skills • Provide technical expertise on utilizing Workday HCM and Reporting• Participate in the ongoing design, configuration and reporting for all Workday functional areas• Ensure data integrity within the HRIS and generate standard and ad-hoc reports.• Manage appropriate issue escalation to achieve timely issue resolution.• Create and maintain end-user and training documentation; and participate in training activities for end-users.• Build email notifications, configure and schedule alerts as necessary.• Due to sensitive nature of the position, must be able to maintain the strictest confidentiality
