§ Hire 30 people per year for International Sales Platform, including 2 Directors, 4 senior Country Managers and 5 foreigners; Organize 2 times campus recruiting and Aeonmed Opening Day for graduate students, and bring up more 10 qualified trainees every year; § Develop incentive plan and compensation system based on past years’ performance, analysis KPI performance quarterly and yearly, make compensation and benefit system according to the salary unbalance among employees; § Organize International Department conference, and through test, sharing and salon, to improve sales’ product knowledge and skills; Build positive and active culture by Wechat and other ways; § Crisis management, act as a GM Assistant, help GM and CHO to adjust and incentive international and domestic sales team, and crisis management on oversea employees’ travel injury and sales director’s leaving.

§ Leading a 4 people’s team achieved the Company’s international recruiting target;§ Developing and Managing recruiting channels, having contract with 3 domestic recruiting websites, 2 domestic headhunters, 2 international recruiting websites and 2 international headhunters;§ Contract with 3 HR outsourcing companies: The US, UK and Australia; Establish oversea outsourcing policy, international recruiting regulations and oversea employee policy;§ Build up a 4 people’s team in 3 months; through external training, on-job training and daily communication to encourage, train and manage team to reach team’s target;§ Assist Domestic Recruiting Team accomplish campus recruiting.

§ Responsible for recruiting, including posting job openings on related website, resume screening, telephone and face interviewing, and giving orientation to new employees. Additionally, set up company’s recruiting system which makes recruiting process more formalized, transparent, and accessible. § Institute various rules/regulations related to HR function. For example, re-make company’s labor contract according to new Labor Contract Law, draft and implement Employee Handbook, and design company’s orientation. § In Charge of company’s C & B program. According to different position and level, implement proper C & B program. Plan and implement employees’ performance review. Through different aspects’ assessment, employee has probation period review, half year review and annual review. § Better company’s training system through different ways, like organize inner seminar, post study materials on company’s intranet and organize employee to join outside meeting/seminar.
