From 2012 untilI 2017 I was responsible for the Middle Office, supporting all the commercial areas of the Bank with a team of 20 people divided between RJ and SP, and in 2014 and 2015 I have accumulated the management of Chilean and Colombian teams, with 15 people.Achievements:• I was responsible - as a functional leader - for all projects related to Customers such as Client Portal, New Monthly Position Statement and LATAM service platform structuring, changing the perception of customers regarding Bank services.• I actively participated in the mapping of all the problems that impacted clients, which was unfolded in a series of initiatives / projects, creating new solutions in the Bank.

From 2003 to 2012 I was responsible for the following Back-Office areas: International RV and Futures International, with relationships with international counterparts and Prime Brokers (our service provider); Over-the-counter derivatives, with relationship with CETIP; Local Equities (Custody) and Stock Loan department, managing a team of up to 30 people.Achievements:• I created and structured the Stock Loan area at the Bank, selecting, hiring and training people, generating 10 MM of revenue per year and placing the institution as the market leader in the Market Ranking.• I reached the maximum level in the annual evaluation, among the best evaluated 2% of the bank;• I led the Anbima Certification Project for Qualified Custodians, structuring our Fixed Income and Equities Custody departments to receive the Supervision, detailing the necessary minimum requirements and establishing the conditions for qualification. I also actively participated in the ANBIMA Committee in the period, which ensured that all requirements were met without any aspect to be corrected, even in the first supervision.• I participated in the 2 Due Dilligences made at the Bank (by Goldman Sachs and UBS Bank) and worked as a team in collecting and structuring data / information for presentations to these institutions.• I participated in the Integration with UBS Bank, unifying the UBS and Pactual Brokers as well as the respective Banks through a work schedule so that all the clients, positions and operations of these were migrated with the least possible impact for them.

• I worked as an auditor in the Banks division, preparing reports, comprising audit opinion, financial statements and explanatory notes, analysis of internal controls in the main corporate processes, verifying situations that could be improved, allowing the implementation of risk management policies, preparation of recommendation letters aimed at strengthening internal controls in the area of finance.• Main clients: Opportunity Bank, BBM Bank and Dynamo Asset Management. • I also collaborated with Due Diligence projects of KPMG Consulting in different companies.
