Tech support for CCTV from brands like Dahua, Hanwha Techwin and Ava as well as VMSs like Milestone and Exacqvision at a distributor. From April 2021 I brandched out to also working with access control from Paxton, both Net2 and Paxton10. I help installers troubleshoot and handle incoming RMA when units have been deemed faulty. We do installation and configuration when needed as well as support our sales team in technical matters.

3rd line for Trio Enterprise, troubleshooting using logs and databases. Mainly focused on the Chat, Social media and Visit parts of Trio. Operations ran flexible resourcing, so I also worked with technical and end user training as well as did the occasional installation/customization too. I was also the support person giving our sales demo a little extra attention, which is a great way of getting to know all parts of the system and testing new features before the official release.

A broad role as a customer's primary technical and administrative contact for onboard wifi and infotainment, and responsibility for the corresponding internal work with customer specific adaptations. It also includes administrative tasks like reporting, follow-up of maintenance and spare parts availability, information handling tasks like maintaining the internal knowledgebase and training of NOC personnel as well as the occasional hands-on work on vehicle when needed.
