I am a systemic coach and facilitator. I work with leaders and teams in positions of impact to connect them to their inner and relational wisdom so they can act with clarity and alignment with themselves and in the interest of broader social systems.My second specialism is conflict resolution and teaching conflict skills to individual clients and teams. I teach my clients how to work through conflict in healthy ways and help them to improve their communication skills to reach more relational ease.I am based in Berlin and work with individual and organisation clients in person and remotely.
