* Responsible for daily spa operations such as opening and closing, daily team breathing, therapist schedules, end of the day financial reports, stock take, pool testing and all spa areas cleanliness maintenance. * Working in a team to deliver services, having shown willingness and ability to help others in their role and utilising notable organisational skills. * Meeting, greeting and guiding guests around the spa, using excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Responsible for guests check in and out, dealing with guests' complaints, booking treatments in person, over the email and phone, demonstrating an excellent telephone manner. * Providing highest standards professional treatments using Elemis, Ishga, Caudalie and [comfort zone] brands and demonstrating strong retail skills and exceptional customer service.
