I am a certified SHRM-CP and an authorized partner for Everything DiSC® with over 10 years of experience in coaching, training, and L & D, and over two decades of experience in education and teaching. I have proven results influencing employee engagement fostering positive cultures, career laddering, and leadership development. My mission is to foster self-efficacy, positive relationships, and meaningful dialogue among employees and leaders, and to align organizational development and change plans with strategic goals and outcomes. I am passionate about coaching, facilitating, and designing engaging and effective learning programs and content, using diverse features of a Learning Management System, e-Learning software, and MS Office and G-Suite apps.
