The OU CRA conducts consumer research projects using a variety of techniques (quantitative, qualitative, physiological, and videographic). Alpha Kappa Psi is the oldest and largest co-ed professional business fraternity.On the executive board, I am in charge of planning a networking trip, hosting professional development workshops, and brining in corporate professionals to speak at chapters.

My role consists of guiding the fraternity's online presence by curating and maintaining the website and social media platforms with consistent, engaging content at a rate of two posts per week. I have developed a structured content calendar and social media templates to enhance brand identity and consistency. Additionally, I collaborate with members, committee heads, and the executive board to amplify visibility for fraternity events, contributing to increased awareness and participation.

In this role, I support over 30 first-year business students in their transition to college by fostering a welcoming and engaging learning environment. My responsibilities include:- Teaching two weekly classes, facilitating discussions, and providing academic guidance.-Planning and executing a variety of weekly events, including study sessions, trivia nights, and wellness activities, to promote community and student well-being.- Organizing informal meetups, such as coffee chats, to encourage relationship-building and open communication.- Collaborating with my supervisor and instructors to align student needs with academic resources and support.- Participating in training sessions to enhance my mentoring skills and contribute to a positive student experience.

Dee's Dairy Bar is a small family-owned ice cream shop on the Ohio River in New Richmond, Ohio.My role as Head Server includes multiple responsibilities that follow as preparing a weekly work schedule, training new employees, providing services to over 100+ customers daily, and being proficient in cash-handling.

Coney Island is a family-oriented water and amusement park on the banks of the Ohio River. As a part-time parking member, I regulate the customer pass desk to provide parking for customers on a day-to-day basis. I also serve as the first interaction for over 1,500 customers, resolve guest issues while using conflict resolution skills, maintain park safety by executing safety protocols, and provide strong customer relations.
