I have over 10 years experience working across the Not For Profit and Public Sectors in a variety of roles, focusing on project management, business development, volunteering and fundraising. I am currently working as a Project Manager within the Geological Disposal Facility Communities Programme at Nuclear Waste Services, a non-departmental government body. I Co-chair our NWS Enable employee network, supporting colleagues living with disabilities and long term conditions, and acting as a critical friend for the organisation. I work with a number of charities in a voluntary capacity, including as a trustee/ deputy chair and steering group member, bringing expertise around business development, governance, strategy development and fundraising. My past work includes managing divisional fundraising across the North for a learning disabilities charity, volunteer management, and leading on development opportunities within a regional mental health charity. I have worked specifically in the areas of mental health, well-being, advocacy, sexual violence and working with seldom heard communities, often with a focus on adopting an Asset Based Community Development and Co productive approach.I graduated in July 2013 with a 2:1 BA Philosophy and Sociology from University of Leeds.
